Advanced language model for content generation and analysis. Used for: survey question enhancement, learning needs analysis, training programme design, ROI analysis, slide deck content creation, response analysis, and accessibility improvements.
Google Gemini
Google's multimodal AI model for fast question generation. Used for: AI-powered survey question generation and question bank suggestions.

Real-time web search and research capabilities. Used for: subject research, industry trends and benchmarking, best practice recommendations, and contextual citations.

We never: sell your personal data to third parties, share data outside your organisation without consent, use your data for advertising purposes, access your data without legitimate business need, or retain data longer than necessary.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
Your assessment data may be shared with authorised personnel within your organisation (your direct manager, HR administrators, senior leadership via aggregated data, and other participants in your assessments).
We may share anonymised, aggregated data externally only for legal compliance, research (fully anonymised), platform security, or with service providers under strict data agreements.
Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to: view all your personal data, download your assessment history, review data sharing settings, update personal information, manage notification preferences, request data anonymisation, and delete your account and data.
You can manage most privacy settings directly in your account dashboard. For additional requests, contact your organisation's administrator or email us at privacy@goladda.com.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data while your account is active and for legitimate business purposes. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised data may be retained. Some data may be retained longer to comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.
